Angela O’Rourke’s practice focuses on labor and employment issues. She advises clients on the full range of employment matters, from accommodating disabilities to wage and hour compliance.

Angela has conducted various workplace investigations ranging from traditional sexual harassment and discrimination claims to determining the extent to which members of a street gang penetrated a manufacturing facility. Her litigation experience includes representing clients regarding employment agreements, employment discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour disputes, as well as commercial disputes, torts, trade secrets and intellectual property.
