Elizabeth Mills’ practice focuses on healthcare matters. With an extensive knowledge of healthcare operations, Elizabeth’s experience includes assisting in general contract matters and physician contract matters. Her experience also includes Revenue Procedure 97-13 compliance and real estate tax exemption matters.

Prior to joining Squire Sanders, Elizabeth worked as in-house legal counsel for a nonprofit integrated healthcare system. She worked collaboratively with management and outside counsel on a wide range of legal matters affecting the organization. Prior to law school, Elizabeth received her Masters of Health Administration.
