Squire Patton Boggs has won the ‘Talent Management Award’ at the Leaders League Iberian Summit Awards 2024, with Madrid office managing partner Teresa Zueco also winning the ‘Best Female Lawyer in Private Equity: Advisory Award.’
The Awards celebrate excellence within legal departments and law firm practices in Spain and Portugal.
The firm was recognised for its talent management policies, strategies and initiatives, including its personalised career development plans and training programmes for both lawyers and business staff.
The news follows the firm’s success at the Law.com Women, Influence & Power in Law Awards earlier this month, where it won the ‘Retaining Talent Award.’
Teresa Zueco’s accolade is one of a number that she has received recently, including being recognised by Iberian Lawyer magazine as one of the ‘Top 30 Lawyers of 2023.’
