Ivo Tarabčák’s practice focuses on infrastructure development projects, securities and general corporate issues including mergers and acquisitions. He represents clients before courts and other authorities in the Slovak Republic.
Prior to joining Squire Sanders, Mr. Tarabčák worked with a Czech Republic-based law firm providing legal services in Central and Eastern Europe, where he advised on civil, commercial and administrative law as well as employment matters.
Mr. Tarabčák is the author of “Electronic Road Toll Collection,” published in
Development Press magazine.
Mr. Tarabčák is registered as an advocate with the Slovak Bar Association.
