JingNan (Jennifer) Liu assists corporate clients in many areas. She provides counsel and assists companies in matters associated with foreign direct investments, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and so forth.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Liu served as in-house counsel to a software company and the China subsidiary of a Singapore construction machinery company and she also worked for a Chinese law firm.

Ms. Liu passed the China bar exam in 1993.

• Advising a US-based public company in the disposition of its business in China, as part of its global disposition of such business.
• Advising a multinational in China on the merger by absorption of a Sino-foreign joint venture and a wholly foreign owned enterprise.
• Advising a US-based manufacturing company in connection with its merger in China through transfer of assets.
