James S. Tsang is the managing partner of the Hong Kong office and focuses his practice on international business and tax law. His practice also emphasizes US corporate and commercial transactions, US and regional tax planning including individual tax planning, and US inbound/outbound investments. Mr. Tsang’s experience includes advising on tax planning and structuring for high-net-worth individuals in Asia; representing US companies in joint venture projects in China; advising on structuring US investments in Hong Kong and China; and representing Hong Kong companies in acquisition, joint venture and intellectual property matters in the United States.
