Petr Slach focuses primarily on telecommunications, public proceedings and corporate law issues. Mr. Slach has participated in the activities of the firm’s regulatory group in the process of selecting a strategic partner for the Czech Republic’s national telephone company during the first wave of its privatization and in the drafting of its service license. He also worked on the regulatory aspects of advising the Ministry of Economy of the Czech Republic in connection with the public tender for the issuance of GSM licenses and the foundation of a company to operate the GSM system
